Job summary

Avantor in India is seeking an Associate Customer Pricing to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, adhering to pricing policies and providing the required reports. You will work closely with Sales Representatives and Country Managers to secure timely renewals of customer prices and deliver accurate, timely reports.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics or related field.
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA; Power BI and Python are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Extract pricing information from SAP, databases and internal systems.
• Create Customer Conditions in ERP per policies and procedures.
• Scheduled and on-demand report preparation.
• Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear format.
• Communicate clearly; manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer Pricing is to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, abiding by pricing policies, and providing the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and Country Managers to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Academic: Bachelors degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field will be preferable)
• Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Office applications – Excel & MS Access

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 - 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties

• Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage.

• Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures.
• Scheduled & On Demand report preparation.

• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
