GalaxEye aims to shape the future of Satellite Image Acquisition, providing the most meaningful dataset to help businesses and governments make data-driven decisions based on satellite imagery. We provide Satellite Imagery Datasets and value-added services to geospatial analytics companies and infrastructure enterprises. At GalaxEye, we are building the best remote-sensing satellite and researching various aspects of remote sensing.
CTO’s Office at GalaxEye serves as the nucleus connecting technology, strategy, and execution. We are looking for an entry-level, highly motivated individual who is passionate about technological advancements, deep-tech innovation, and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with the CTO and VP-Engineering and other founders to support initiatives and ensure alignment between technical vision and organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the CTO and VP Engineering in preparing strategy documents, product roadmaps, and R&D review reports.
- Act as a bridge between the technology division and other teams like Product, Business Development, and Operations.
- Regularly interact with key stakeholders across divisions to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to technology development, experiments, and architecture decisions.
- Assist in tracking progress against the technical roadmap and identifying areas for improvement or innovation.
- Help identify potential patentable technologies emerging from GalaxEye’s R&D.
- Support the process of drafting proposals, coordinating with technical leads, and assisting in the IP documentation process.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in aerospace, satellite imaging, data fusion, and AI/ML applications.
- Prepare research briefs, competitive analyses, and innovation reports for leadership.
- Develop and maintain internal and external technical presentations, investor decks, and marketing materials highlighting GalaxEye’s technology, vision, and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- 0–2 years experience (internships or project experience in R&D, product strategy, or deep-tech preferred).
- A strong passion for technology and innovation—you should love learning about new systems, sensors, AI, and space applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise messages.
- Proactive and comfortable interacting with engineers, scientists, and business teams alike.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
