Job summary

PKF Sridhar and Santhanam LLP invites a CA or CA – Semi-Qualified candidate with 2-3 years of experience to join as Team Lead - CSR Audit. You will lead CSR audit assignments, review CSR fund utilization, and ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across projects.

The role involves field reviews, stakeholder interactions, preparing audit observations and reports, and facilitating closure of findings.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Semi-Qualified with 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, compliance audit, assurance, or related domains.
• Exposure to CSR audits, project reviews, ESG/Sustainability assessments, or social impact programs is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

We are looking for a CA/Semi-Qualified CA with 2-3 years of experience in Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance Reviews, or CSR Assurance to join our team as a Team Lead - CSR Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute CSR audit assignments across projects and programs.
• Review utilization of CSR funds and assess adherence to approved budgets and project objectives.
• Evaluate compliance with corporate CSR policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Assess internal controls, risk management practices, and monitoring mechanisms within CSR initiatives.
• Conduct field reviews and stakeholder interactions to validate project implementation and outcomes.
• Prepare audit observations, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Track closure of audit findings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• CA / CA Semi-Qualified.
• 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance Audit, Assurance, or related domains.
• Exposure to CSR audits, project reviews, ESG/Sustainability assessments, or social impact programs will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and audit documentation.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work extended hours during peak audit seasons.
• Willingness to travel for on-site audits as required.
• Exposure to audits of listed entities/large unlisted groups is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with peer-review requirements preferred.
