Job summary

HighKites Digital Solutions is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead and inspire design teams while delivering high-impact digital products and experiences. This remote role requires guiding work with clarity, while mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-disciplinary partners and clients.

The ideal candidate will excel at prototyping, testing, and articulating design processes and outcomes, fostering an environment of experimentation and innovation across projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in shipping high impact, digital products, experiences & content.
• Proven experience managing, training and mentoring design teams, and steering work with clarity and actionable direction.
• Experience collaborating with cross disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Capacity for unsticking intractable roadblocks and pushing the team toward inventive solutions.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills that get across the process, approach, and impact of your design.
