Job summary

BrightRays is seeking an Associate Content Writer to join its Content team in Noida. The role focuses on curating long-form blogs, generating AI-assisted content, and optimizing for SEO while maintaining brand voice.

You will proofread, edit, and collaborate with the Content Manager; mentor junior writers and help shape engaging, audience-focused narratives across blogs, websites, and social media. Onsite work hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in content writing, copy editing, or digital publishing; portfolio of long-form and versatile writing.
• Flawless command of grammar, punctuation, and structural flow.
• Experience using AI tools for content curation and image generation.
• Familiarity with SEO research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and CMS.
• Ability to mentor junior creators by establishing content structures and best practices for AI integration.
• Able to quickly understand new concepts, programs, and brand directions.
