Job summary

Huron is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager in Bengaluru, India to lead integration projects across HCM and Financials, guiding planning, architecture, design, build, and post-production support. The role emphasizes leadership, client collaboration, and delivery excellence.

You will drive project management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while traveling as needed and maintaining flexible hours to meet client timelines. Strong Workday Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 3+ HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or equivalent work experience.
• HCM/FIN integration lead exp is a MUST.
• Willingness and ability to travel on business need; work extended hours as necessary.
• Current Workday Integration and Studio certification.
• 5+ years of integrations experience including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust.
• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management.
• Ability to train and develop Huron staff in PM and technical areas.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration implementation life cycle from planning through post-production support.
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to ensure successful delivery across projects.
• Manage multiple projects with differing scales and durations; monitor timelines and milestones.
• Mentor and train staff in project management and technical dimensions.
• Willingness to travel on business needs and to work extended hours when required.

• Deep knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration

• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management

• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions

• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task

• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

• Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
