Job summary

YASH Technologies, Hyderabad, India, seeks SAP MII professionals to manage and support manufacturing execution using SAP Digital Manufacturing.

You will configure components such as Production Operator Dashboards, work centers, routings, and data collection, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with standards.

Collaborate with IT, operations, and integration teams and provide end-user training and documentation to enable seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support manufacturing execution processes in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Configure and maintain SAP Digital Manufacturing components such as Production Operator Dashboards (PODs), work centers/resources, routings, work instructions, and data collection.
• Conduct solution assessments and implement process improvements and mitigation strategies for manufacturing execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal manufacturing standards, process controls, and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain solution design documents, process documentation, procedures, and support materials.
• Monitor SAP Digital Manufacturing processes and integrations for failures or process issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Work closely with other IT, business, operations, plant, and integration teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP Digital Manufacturing-related processes and issues.
