Provide the client with comprehensive, timely and extensive support for enterprise tools 2. Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing the training materials 3. Perform tools and applications demos to clients 4. Assist in migrating customers onto the tools and applications 5. Assists with monitoring and controlling tools and applications timelines by performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance 6. Responsible with providing input and status updates to management as needed 7. Uses problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges 8. Adapts to cultural and organizational climates across global teams 9. Perform ad hoc requests as needed 10. Create metrics for the enterprise 11. Assist with testing enhancements as needed.
