Job summary

Northern Trust, Pune, India, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for Private Capital Technology to design, develop, and maintain Private Capital Suite components. You will drive change-resilient code, robust testing, and partner with global teams to meet business needs.

You will work in an Agile environment, support L2/L3, and engage in deployment cycles, with afternoon shifts to cover EMEA users. A Bachelor’s degree and strong .NET/SQL skills are required.

Manage task and project execution to ensure expected business requirements and related benefits are delivered within appropriate time/budget parameters. Flexibly work independently and as part of a team toward individual and team projects. From a product mindset perspective, engage in supporting applications (L2/L3). Comply with Technology mandates as they relate to methodology, process, and compliance.
