Qualifications

• Exposure to commercial analytics such as Market Mix Modelling, Test & Control analytics, OCE analytics, Budget Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of Decision Sciences projects by delivering assigned workstreams and analytics modules.
• Perform data preparation, analysis, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical approaches.
• Assist in identifying risks and challenges; elevate issues appropriately.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and client-ready presentations.

Job Summary

The Associate Consultant – Analytics supports the delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare analytics projects by performing data analysis, developing insights, and assisting in statistical modeling to address commercial and patient analytics use cases.

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics or decision sciences, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience supporting analytics projects and contributing to delivery of pharma/commercial analytics engagements.
• Exposure to commercial analytics such as Market Mix Modelling, Test & Control analytics, OCE analytics, Budget Optimization, etc.
• Familiarity with Patient analytics, Market Access analytics, or Sales analytics is preferred.
• Experience working in cross-functional team environments with strong collaboration skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, SAS, SQL, etc., along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML techniques and their application in decision sciences and commercial analytics.
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and basic model development.

• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in pharma analytics and decision sciences.
