Promote risk identification, QRA interpretation, and maintenance of commercial risk registers.
  • Business Development & Work Winning: Support bid responses (SQ/PQQ/ITT), fee proposals, scopes, and mobilisation planning. Create account growth strategies with UK partners; track pipeline, revenue, margin, and win‑rate.
  • Digital QS & Reporting: Champion CostX (2D/3D/5D), model‑based take‑off, and structured cost databases. Encourage data‑driven reporting using advanced Excel and optional Power BI dashboards.
  • Training, Mentoring & Capability Uplift: Develop structured training covering NRM/CESMM, NEC/JCT, CostX, CVR, risk, and reporting standards. Mentor team members on UK standards and high‑quality commercial advice.
