Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. is seeking an Account Opening Onboarding Analyst to manage end-to-end onboarding of new accounts with banks, exchanges, and custodians. You will ensure compliance with CDD/AML/KYC standards and coordinate with internal teams to complete the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial services, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Who You Are:

Galaxy Digital is looking for an Account Opening Onboarding Analyst to play an active role in the account opening process from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing new account applications to successfully open accounts at banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, and custodians on behalf of various Galaxy Digital entities. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, innovative thinker who can adapt quickly. The candidate should have prior work experience in financial services, an understanding of Customer Due Diligence/ AML/KYC requirements and a deep interest in working in and learning about the crypto ecosystem.

This position is to onboard Galaxy to various institutions and not onboarding clients to Galaxy.

What You’ll Do:

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in, account opening, or KYC/AML
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding KYC
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectually curious self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Strong appetite for problem solving in a high growth business
• Team player with a can-do attitude

• Ability to manage multiple projects and functions
• Experience, knowledge and interest in cryptocurrency a plus
