Job summary

STADA is seeking an Associate Central Master Data professional in Navi Mumbai, blending data expertise with SAP capabilities. You will support central governance workflows and master data maintenance across global data objects, including Material Master and Business Partner, while collaborating with IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes SAP MDG, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and data governance, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP ECC/S4 Master Data management experience.
• Knowledge of master data governance and data security.
• Experience with MS Excel and data reporting tools.
• Experience with Master Data Governance tools, preferably SAP MDG.

Responsibilities

• Support technical aspects of master data maintenance in SAP ERP/S4HANA and SAP MDG.
• Manage and troubleshoot workflow items for creation, extension, and changes of master data.
• Perform technical quality checks and data consistency evaluations using Excel, Power BI, and SAP reporting functionalities.
• Assist in development and customization of technical tools to streamline master data processes.
• Support harmonization and standardization of master data processes with Technical Team.
• Assist in automation initiatives and develop technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

About the role:

Join STADA as a Central Master Data associate, and support central governance workflows. You will play a key role in supporting the basis in day to day business with their master data maintenance.

This role combines data expertise with technical SAP capabilities and a focus on Master Data Governance, with clear focus on globally owned Data, Material Master or Business Partner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting technical aspects of master data maintenance processes in SAP ERP/S4HANA and SAP MDG systems.
• Managing and troubleshooting workflow items for creation, extension, and changes of master data, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
• Performing technical quality checks and consistency evaluations of master data using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP reporting functionalities.
• Assisting in the development and customization of technical tools to streamline master data processes.
• Supporting harmonization and standardization of master data processes in collaboration with the Technical Team.
• Assisting in automation initiatives and developing technical solutions to improve master data maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Competencies Required:

• 2+ years of expertise in SAP ECC or S4 in area of Master Data management
• Understanding of Master data table structures in SAP for a key data object, material master or business partner
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven cross-cultural collaboration experience especially with European cultures.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Master Data Governance Tools, preferably SAP MDG
• Experience in enterprise or distributed data systems.
