The Role ::

• Partner closely with product leaders and game teams as a data-drivenadvisor on product and strategic decisions.
• Analyze user behavior, gameplay data, and monetization metrics to generateactionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Design and execute deep-dive analyses to identify trends, issues, andopportunities across products and features.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks to track key productsmetrics and performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product,engineering, and design to support experimentation and feature evaluation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and ad-hoc reporting to answer keybusiness and product questions.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations forstakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, DataAnalytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex datasets.
• Ability to design and execute analytical projects and deliver practicalinsights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights withbusiness impact.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiplepriorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working both independently and within team environments.

Good to Have

• Experience in gaming, consumer tech, or product analytics.
