Job summary

JPMorganChase in Mumbai seeks a Business Analyst for the Global Sanctions Operations Transformation Team. You lead cross functional initiatives translating business needs into scalable requirements and end-to-end delivery.

Collaborate with Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to implement new client onboarding, AI/ML-enabled strategies, and process improvements, while ensuring governance and strong stakeholder communication.

• Facilitate stakeholder communications and updates, including senior leadership engagement as needed.

Job Summary

• Use data-driven approaches to evaluate process performance and recommend improvements
• Contribute exposure to AI/ML concepts and the ability to frame practical use cases
• Operate comfortably in high-visibility roles with frequent stakeholder interaction
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, ambiguous problem statements, and iterative delivery models
