Job summary

CohnReznick in Chennai/Hyderabad offers a hybrid work model for an Assurance Associate role. You will execute audit engagements across consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing clients, assess risk, and ensure GAAP compliance while collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated assurance and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.
• Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

CohnReznick Professional Services Pvt. Ltd. (CRPS), located in Chennai, India, is a wholly owned subsidiary of CohnReznick LLP and serves as one of its largest global offices. The primary purpose of the Chennai office is to support the parent firm by delivering assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients in the United States. CRPS is expanding its presence with a new office in Hyderabad, strengthening our ability to deliver high‑quality assurance, tax, and advisory services to clients across the United States.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance to join the team in our Chennai office.

CRPS follows a hybrid work model for both Chennai and Hyderabad locations. Team members typically collaborate in-office 3 days per week, with schedules determined by team needs, client demands, and training requirements.

This position will support our Assurance – Associate and as an Audit Industry Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the Finance sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
