Job summary

TIAA in Mumbai is seeking an Associate - Cash Recon & Fund Mgt to join our global capabilities team. You will own bank reconciliations across 600+ accounts and ensure timely, accurate posting of fund transfers to the General Ledger.

The role also covers managing KYC for banks and maintaining signing authorities, with a focus on controls, accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Bank reconciliation experience and attention to accuracy required.

Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for bank reconciliation for 600+ bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• The team is also responsible to manage the fund transfer basis the requirement, make accounting entries for fund transfers and breaks between Bank and General ledger.
• The team is also managing KYCs for banks and maintain the signing authorities.
