Job summary

Qualifications

Within the JPMorganChase CCB Card Controllers organization, the Analytics Solutions Associate - Senior will support core controllership reporting and analytics (e.g., daily/month-end reporting and analysis, management reporting, balance sheet / P&L analytics, data quality monitoring, governance metrics, and ad-hoc executive insights). The successful candidate will design and implement robust data workflows, RPA development, and dashboards, establish and maintain an operating model for moving solutions to production, optimize analytics performance, and ensure strong documentation, transparency while staying current on modern analytics tooling.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include the following.

• - Build and maintain advanced SQL queries and curated datasets to enable reporting, trend analysis, and explain/bridge analytics.

• - Develop Alteryx workflows and Python automation for data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation support, exception handling, and repeatable control checks.

• - Design and implement scalable data pipelines and transformations in Databricks (e.g., reusable notebooks/jobs, performance-oriented processing patterns) to support controllership analytics.

• - Deliver governed self-service analytics in ThoughtSpot, partnering with stakeholders to standardize metrics/definitions and improve discoverability of insights.

• - Hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA automation, to design, develop and maintain automation workflows and integrate UiPath with enterprise applications and processes.

• - Optimize analytics assets for performance and reliability to ensure fast load times and efficient use of system resources.

• - Document data sources, data models, transformations, and analytics designs to ensure transparency, auditability, and long-term maintainability.

• - Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions; communicate effectively across Controllers and partner teams, driving adoption and continuous improvement.

• - Contribute to data architecture and data governance practices that strengthen lineage, consistency, and controlled usage of Product Control analytics.

• - Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data/MI initiatives, including regular KPI updates and recurring reporting, while managing priorities across multiple concurrent deliverables and stakeholder deadlines.

• - Provide day-to-day leadership behaviors (mentoring, best practices, delivery discipline) to foster continuous learning and improvement across the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

The role requires the following qualifications and skills.
