Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist in all phases of the due diligence process for digital platforms and DDQs.
Research, write, edit, and respond to due diligence questionnaires.
Ensure high quality, timely submissions for clients and platforms.
Follow processes for file saving, project closure, and peer review.
Take ownership of projects and quality-check deliverables.
Contribute to process improvements within the Delivery Strategy Operations team.
Share knowledge and mentor teammates as experience grows.
Support development of investment knowledge and asset class understanding.

Job Description

The Associate Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all phases of the due diligence process for digital platforms, repeatable low-level client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). This progressive role is responsible for helping with researching, writing, editing, and responding to due diligence questionnaires related to Invesco’s global suite of products. The Associate Analyst must be highly motivated and intellectually curious, with the ability to take on more responsibility and independence as they gain experience and expertise with the DDQ process and Invesco’s products.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions for various clients, including the digital due diligence platforms Invesco supports and repeatable low-level client DDQs, as required.
Following processes and procedures (i.e., saving resource files correctly to project folders, closing out projects, etc.).
Taking ownership for your projects. Ensure you have quality checked your deliverable in its entirety for relevance, accuracy, and formatting prior to sending it to your Delivery Manager for peer review.
Pursue process improvements through automated features in our content system, Responsive, and online submission platforms.
Building and maintaining strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities offered by Invesco.
Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Invesco's structure and operations.
Sharing knowledge with other team members.
Peer review and checking of work produced by other team members once required level of expertise has been reached.
Contribute towards the review and development of processes within the Delivery Strategy Operations team, to ensure that the team is working as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The Experience You Bring

Bachelor’s degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts; some exposure to Economics or Finance courses preferred.
Interest in the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
Understanding of different asset classes/strategies and how they function is preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills; an excellent communicator.
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere.
Self-starter, highly motivated.
Critical thinker and a quick learner; intellectually curious.
Able to work well both independently and as a team member.
Interest in exploring a career in financial services.
