Job Title : Analyst / Associate Analyst – Shared Services Center (SSC)| USI GPS Enabling Areas (USI GPS EA)
Team : USI GPS Enabling Areas (USI GPS EA) is part of the firm’s Enabling Areas function, supporting/partnering to drive financial and operational excellence for the GPS (Government and Public Services) industry in the US regions.

Qualifications & skills (Required/Preferred)

Education

• Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; 2025 graduates only with (0–1) year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (B. Com/BBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; 2024–2025 graduates with (0–2) years of experience.

Academic criteria

• Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) across all qualifications, including MBA/PGDM/B. Com/BBA.
• No active backlogs/arrears at the time of application.

Experience (Preferred)

Internship/project/work experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or related areas.

• Working knowledge of financial accounting concepts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and professional services metrics/KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates resilience, a positive attitude, and an innovation mindset ("art of the possible").
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to Power BI / data analytics / AI tools is a plus.
