Job description

GlobalLogic is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Maps team. The role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of navigation and mapping solutions while gaining exposure to different mapping layers and related services.

This position provides opportunities to learn and grow while working in a fast-paced environment focused on building reliable and high quality mapping data.

Requirements

• Any fresh graduate with strong communication skills, quick learning ability, adaptability, and creative problem solving.
• Detail oriented team player comfortable using computers, troubleshooting issues, and managing high volume tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver quality results with a solution focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
• Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (5 working days with 2 days off).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Use internal tools to extract, analyze, and validate data across multiple map layers and end to end processes.
• Support mapping activities such as Local Geometry (LG), Important Roads (IR), Intersections and Highways (IS), and assist with navigation and search services.
• Troubleshoot issues using computer and internet tools while maintaining data quality and meeting SLA timelines.
• Work closely with cross functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Apply a solution oriented and detail focused approach while managing high volume data tasks.
• Remain flexible with shifts, accept feedback, and contribute to maintaining high data quality standards.
