GlobalLogic is hiring Associate Analysts to label and annotate data for AI/ML development. Training is provided, so prior data annotation experience is not required. The role involves handling text, audio, video, and image data, maintaining quality, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under supervision, with opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative, global team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in using laptops or desktops.
• Excellent focus on repetitive tasks and a keen eye for detail.
• Quick learner with strong creative and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be open to working in shifts (24/7 environment).

Responsibilities

• Manually label data points, including text, audio, video, and images, as per guidelines and instructions.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of labeled data by adhering to established standards.
• Work effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand directives and task instructions.
• Reading ability: decode or interpret written content.
• Writing ability: describe pictures, videos, or audio clips using proper grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Listening ability: accurately receive and interpret audio messages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold data quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with complex and large-scale datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot annotation challenges.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing is a plus
• Basic computer operations knowledge, familiarity with MS Office or Google Suite, and ability to quickly learn new annotation tools.
• Open to assisting in gathering non-personal data for AI model development, such as audio clips, images, video clips, and photos of receipts, books, buildings, roads, and vehicles
