Job summary

R1 RCM India is expanding its healthcare revenue cycle team in the NCR region. The role focuses on accurate US medical billing within defined timelines while minimizing payer rejections. Night shifts are possible in a 24/7 environment, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and healthcare knowledge.

Graduates from any discipline are welcome. Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid is a plus, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and seniors.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid; healthcare domain knowledge.
• Ability to interact positively with team members, peers and seniors.
