Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.
• Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy development.
• Appearing before courts and tribunals under supervision and assisting in hearings.
• Coordinating with clients, senior advocates, and managing case files and documentation.
• Supporting due diligence exercises and reviewing legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
