Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current and Savings Account customers through field sales, referrals, and market mapping.
- Generate leads from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Credit Cards
- Personal/Business Loans
- Digital Banking Products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct customer meetings and business visits.
- Ensure KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance during account opening.
- Activate newly opened accounts and improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate with branch teams to provide seamless customer service.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.
Eligibility
- Graduate (ANY FIELD)
- 1–5 years of experience in CASA sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Experience in field sales and customer acquisition is preferred.
