Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate with 4+ years of experience or CA with 0–1 year.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and quarter-end R2R activities.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve items.
• Handle fixed assets, revenue accruals, prepayments, payroll, and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate with controllers and global finance teams.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve accounting processes.
• Maintain process documentation as per ISO standards.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely financial reporting.
