Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed educational institution to join its team as an Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements of the Company and its clients
• Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements for the Company and its clients
• Provide support in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, policies etc.
• Collaborate with the financial team to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into financial strategies and decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation related to legal and compliance issues.
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients on matters related to financial services regulations.
• Conduct research and analysis on legal issues affecting clients' businesses.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the Company and its clients.
• Assist in implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers

Education

Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in the Field of Finance and may also include any other Professional Qualifications in the field of Finance

Experience

Prior experience in a corporate law or compliance role in financial services entities is a plus, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
