Position - Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed educational institution to join its team as an Associate.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements of the Company and its clients
- Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements for the Company and its clients
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, policies etc.
- Collaborate with the financial team to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into financial strategies and decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation related to legal and compliance issues.
- Provide legal guidance and support to clients on matters related to financial services regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on legal issues affecting clients' businesses.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact the Company and its clients.
- Assist in implementing necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of legal documents and compliance activities.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to legal and compliance matters.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers
Chartered Accountant and/or Post Graduate in the Field of Finance and may also include any other Professional Qualifications in the field of Finance
Prior experience in a corporate law or compliance role in financial services entities is a plus, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Since this is a niche role with long gestation period for upskilling to fulfil the key responsibilities, the expectation is for the candidate to commit to minimum 2 to 3 years to the Company
