HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Ludhiana is seeking an Associate to coordinate with stakeholders for policy renewals, and to drive cross-sell opportunities and other policy enhancements. You will ensure timely issuance, endorsements, documentation and query resolution.

In this permanent role, you will maintain relationships with stakeholders and support retention initiatives within the Retail Business Group, based at the Ludhiana branch in North India.

Competenze

• Graduate from any discipline.
• Sales/retention exposure preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
