Responsibilities

  • Support global publication process for methodologies and assessment documents with accuracy.
  • Provide publication support to the Methodology Development Group across documents.
  • Maintain trackers, contact lists, and publication planning records.
  • Conduct pre- and post-publication reviews to ensure quality and style.
  • Create and manage document files in content management systems.
  • Identify and escalate publishing issues; coordinate publication workflows and notifications; suggest process improvements.

Skills And Competencies
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial content management, publishing operations, project coordination or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review publications for accuracy, quality and adherence to style guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate timelines and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, data analytics or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Support the global publication process for methodology and assessment framework documents with accuracy, quality and operational efficience
  • Provide publication support to the Methodology Development Group across methodologies, assessment frameworks and related documents
  • Maintain trackers, analyst contact lists and publication planning records to support timely workflow management
  • Conduct pre-publication and post-publication reviews to help ensure publications meet quality and style expectations
  • Create, organize and manage document files in content management systems
  • Identify, escalation and help resolve publishing issues to support smooth delivery of publication timelines .Coordinate publication workflows for Request for Comment materials and related methodology documents & Support notification processes for methodologies and related publications & Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency and overall publication quality
About The Team

The Methodology Development Group supports the development and publication of methodologies, assessment frameworks and related documents for Moody’s Ratings globally. By joining the team, you will contribute to high-quality publication processes that help deliver clear, accurate and timely methodology-related content. You will work collaboratively across teams, support process improvements and use technology, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate, to improve efficiency and strengthen operational excellence
