Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Senior SAP DS/PP Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will independently gather requirements from clients and deliver tailored SAP solutions, leading DS/PP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP PP, expertise in S/4HANA PP DS, and excellent communication with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP PP functional concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP DS/PP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients to design and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP processes.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP PP functional concepts and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SAP PS/PP modules, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve project outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
• Certifications in SAP PS/PP or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of relevant experience in SAP PS/PP consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
