AVP Treasury | Front Office | Structured Finance | NBFC

Location: Pune

We are hiring for an AVP – Treasury role with a leading and fast-growing Fintech/NBFC, responsible for front-end treasury, fundraising and structured finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Execute structured finance and capital market transactions including PTC, Direct Assignment (DA), ECB, Co-lending and Subordinated Debt.


• – Drive debt capital market transactions, including private placement debt issuances.


• – Build and manage relationships with banks, wealth management firms, private banks, institutional investors, AIFs, mutual funds, insurance companies and family offices.


• – Identify and onboard new investors/lenders to diversify funding sources.


• – Manage transactions end-to-end from structuring, due diligence and documentation to closure and post-disbursement activities.


• – Coordinate with legal counsel, trustees, rating agencies, AD banks, investors and internal stakeholders.


• – Review and negotiate term sheets, facility agreements, assignment agreements, trust deeds, escrow/security documents and other financing documents.


• – Monitor drawdowns, settlements, fund flows, repayments, covenants, security creation and treasury MIS.


• – Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, ECB, SEBI and Companies Act requirements.


• – Drive process improvements, automation, SOPs and governance across Treasury.


• – Lead and mentor the Treasury execution team.

Ideal Candidate:

• – 8-12 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Structured Finance, Debt Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury.


• – Experience in NBFC / Bank / Financial Institution preferred.


• – Strong hands-on experience in PTC / DA / Securitisation / Structured Finance / Debt Fund Raising.


• – Strong transaction execution and stakeholder management skills.


• – Existing relationships with institutional investors/lenders will be an advantage.


• – Important: This is a Front Office / Transaction Execution Treasury role. Candidates with only Treasury Operations, FX/Derivative Operations, settlements, reconciliation or MIS experience may not be suitable.
