• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability for the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios within the assigned region
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business expansion goals
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase fee-based income and optimize net spread
• Expand the business through the development and management of a strong DSA (Direct Sales Agent) network
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives
• Strong understanding of the Prime LAP, Mortgage, and other relevant product portfolios, as well as the ability to drive profitability and fee-based income
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
