Bachelor’s/master’s in accounting/finance; CPA/ACA preferred. 10+ years in private equity fund accounting or alternatives, with strong client-facing experience . Expertise in US GAAP/IFRS , waterfall mechanics, carried interest, and investor economics. Familiarity with PE accounting platforms (Investran, eFront, Allvue) and reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
