We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the roleof Assistant VicePresident -Finance Operations

In this role, you will:

• Preparation and review of reporting artefacts including variance and trend analysis, and executive-ready insights.
• Drive continuous improvement: interpret evolving stakeholder requirements and ensure reporting is fit for purpose, consistent, and scalable.
• Support delivery of reporting transformation initiatives (e.g., automation,standardization, controls uplift, dataquality improvements).
• Monitor developments in business strategy and performance drivers tomaintainrelevance of metrics, narratives, and insight.
• Provide SME support to report stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Business functions.
• Partner closely with Finance, Data/Tech teams, and other stakeholders to implement reporting enhancements.
• Support internal and external auditors assessing the compliance ofreportingframework.
• Manage and document policy interpretations and judgements applied within the regulatory reporting framework

To be successful you will:

• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant), MBA (Finance)or Engineering degree with interest in Financial Services
• Understanding how to review large data sets and draw out strategic insights as well interpret data andidentifytrends/anomalies particularly in the context of business, macro-economic or Strategic/ Regulatory drivers, as well as the ability to work quickly & accurately to tight deadlines
• Knowledge and/or interest in Asset Liability Management, regulatory changes in a global environmentare advantageous
• Understanding of control frameworks and how to implement effective controls inpractice. Strongattention to detail and being solution oriented
• Strong communicationskills (both oral and written) and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner to a global audience
• Excellent planning andorganizationalskills with ability to adapt to changing situations and to understand issues quickly
• Good understanding of financial products and general accountingprinciples, Excellentworking knowledge of MS related productsi.ePowerPoint, Excel.
• Working knowledge of Banking systems and understanding of relevant strategic/regulatory reporting framework preferred but not essential
