Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Contract Management! In this role, the incumbent will oversee various processes under Contract Administration including Contract Loading, New Customer Onboarding and Chargebacks. The position will provide high level of visibility with Senior Client Leadership and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. Requires individuals who can work in sync with multiple stakeholders and assist in providing standard process improvements. Should have an analytical bent of mind and assist in setting up proactive processes, project initiatives, integration support and data integrity. Ability to influence others and build strong relationships. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Experience should involve transactional processing, reconciliations, monitoring customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/Cloud ERPs, Preferably SAP- S/4/ HANA/Oracle Cloud/Workday. Should possess knowledge of new technologies like robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and drive transformation projects using design thinking methods.

Contract Administration, a part of Order to Cash Domain, is an important service line within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) practice at Genpact. It gives a significant part of Genpact’s growth and is a priority for the Company. We need strong subject matter specialists to improve our current Contract Administration capabilities and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP). Help build a strong Contract Administration function that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry standard methodologies, solutions to improve their Accounting and Reporting functions, crafting collateral/IP to continue as a leader among service providers and actively drive winning new deals.
