Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology. This team works with business for audit, identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion.

Expertise Required

Responsibilities

• Ability to study and map "As is” process and evaluate automation feasibility.
• Lead scrum teams involved in developing automation controls.
• Understand the control requirements and create and translate the business requirements to automation ready components to a team of automation developers.
• Participate and lead the grooming exercise to understand the functional and technical aspects, and work with the automation lead and technology team to come out with a high level design of automation solutions.
• Create test scenarios and enable validate the automated controls developed by the automation analysts.
• Stay current to industry trends and emerging technologies in AI related technologies to constantly improve process and methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation.

• Experience with workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree in information technology / information systems / computer applications / engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
• (Preferred) Postgraduate in – Master’s in computers

• 6+ years of experience as a business analyst with experience in business process automation
