Job summary

CitiusTech in Pune seeks a seasoned Competency & Capability Leader to own the Data, Analytics and AI offering factory from ideation to adoption. You will shape offerings, reusable assets, standards, certifications, and partnerships to accelerate delivery.

You will lead architecture governance, build AI platforms with lakehouse and MLOps, collaborate with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS and GCP, mentor engineers, and drive asset harvesting and delivery benchmarks across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant cloud, Databricks, Snowflake and AI certifications preferred.
• 18-25 years of architecture, platform engineering and capability leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data and AI offering factory from ideation through packaging, enablement and adoption.
• Build and govern reusable accelerators, frameworks, reference architectures and industry solutions.
• Lead practice-wide architecture governance, standards and technical review boards.
• Drive asset harvesting across engagements and convert delivery learnings into reusable IP.
• Define lakehouse, data mesh, MLOps, GenAI and AI platform architecture standards.
• Establish AI-SDLC estimation models, productivity metrics and delivery benchmarks.
• Lead capability development, certification programs and technical career growth initiatives.

• Publish healthcare-specific reference architectures and compliance-aligned design patterns.
• Guide implementation of governance, security, privacy and policy-as-code frameworks.
• Mentor architects, solution leaders and engineering teams across the practice.
• Drive adoption measurement, architecture compliance and continuous improvement.
• KRAs: Revenue % , Assets Harvested, Offering Revenue, Certifications, Win Rate Improvement, Architecture Compliance, AI Asset Adoption
