The candidate should have hands-on Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo GDS experience and a proven track record in coaching and developing trainers. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Training within the Travel BPO industry only.
• Hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS (Must).
• Experience handling and mentoring multiple trainers.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure effective training delivery.
• Conduct new hire, process, product, and refresher training programs.
• Deliver and oversee training on Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo GDS, reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.
• Partner with client and operations teams to identify training needs and bridge performance gaps.
• Track training metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and drive improvement plans.
• Develop training content, SOPs, assessments, and knowledge management resources.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to trainers and agents.
