Job summary

GlobalHunt is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Leader to drive strategy, transformation, architecture and global delivery of Enterprise Performance Management systems in India. The role combines EPM expertise, finance transformation and program leadership to own the EPM roadmap and push modernization and automation including AI/GenAI.

You will lead cross-functional teams, govern architecture across FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, PBCS and Narrative Reporting, and work with Controllership, FP&A, Tax,

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in application delivery, solutioning or technology transformation.
• 5+ years in Oracle EPM transformation and delivery leadership.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion EPM expertise.
• Strong knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, PBCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Experience with data integration, FDM/FDMEE, security configuration.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Leader to drive the strategy, transformation, architecture and global delivery of Enterprise Performance Management systems.

This is a strategic leadership role combining Oracle Fusion EPM expertise, Finance transformation, solution architecture, program delivery and senior stakeholder management. The role will own the EPM roadmap and drive modernization, automation and adoption of emerging technologies including AI/GenAI across Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Oracle Fusion EPM roadmap, aligned with enterprise digital transformation objectives.
• Lead solution architecture and governance across FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, PBCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Drive end-to-end EPM transformation covering requirements, solution design, implementation, integration, adoption and operational excellence.
• Lead global delivery teams and manage project scope, planning, resources, budgets, vendors and external service providers.
• Drive Finance Close, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Planning and Reporting transformation and automation.
• Establish scalable integration solutions using FDM/FDMEE, REST APIs, EPM Automate and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Partner with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders including Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Internal Audit and other business functions.
• Drive innovation through AI/GenAI, intelligent automation and Oracle's latest EPM capabilities.
• Ensure strong governance, SLA adherence, audit readiness and compliance with SOX and financial systems controls.
• Mentor and develop geographically distributed teams while building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• 12–15+ years of experience in application delivery, solutioning and/or technology transformation.
• 5+ years of strong experience in Oracle EPM transformation and delivery leadership.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion EPM.
• Strong experience in FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS and PBCS.
• Experience with Narrative Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of FDM/FDMEE, data integration, dimensions, business rules and security configuration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of EPM Automate and REST APIs.
• Strong experience in Finance Close, Consolidation, Reporting and Planning processes.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale programs, global teams and external vendors/OEMs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Good to Have

• Oracle Fusion ERP / Financials experience.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Essbase and BI/reporting tools.
• Experience implementing AI/GenAI or intelligent automation in Finance systems.
• Oracle EPM certification.
• PMP or other program management certification.
• Finance qualification such as CA/CWA/MBA.
