Position Summary:
We are seeking a new Assistant Systems Administrator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work directly with our clients to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our award-winning event management software products, emphasizing exceptional client service and teamwork.
You will be empowered to make decisions that maintain and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide client support and resolve technical issues via email, phone, online chat, and support systems.
  2. Guide and support clients in configuring their platforms.
  3. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with other teams.
  4. Use independent judgment to determine the best course of action for issue resolution.
  5. Train clients on system usage and updates.
  6. Document questions and issues for knowledge sharing.
  7. Update training and support materials as needed.
  8. Perform additional projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling client requests in a software environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in online software applications.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the events and meetings industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML.
