Job summary

Denodo is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage corporate IT infrastructure and assets, and operate the global user applications and environments for business and developer teams.

You will implement solutions to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of applications on Hybrid Cloud environments, perform OS and network administration, automate tasks, and support both technical and non-technical users. On-call duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Familiarity with network protocols and services.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Awareness of information security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of applications and services on Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Perform operating system and network administration.
• Help to automate common tasks to improve the support workflow.
• Assist and collaborate with non-technical end users.
• Assist and collaborate with technical users like developers and testers.
• Test backup, recovery and restore procedures scenarios.
• Help maintain Inventory of assets, services, software and hardware.
• Contribute to document architectures, deployments and installations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and tune up our running systems to ensure our SLA meets business requirements.
• Propose and execute improvements in deployments.
• Be part of the On-call duties to support our platforms and services.

Your Mission
