Fordham University invites applications for the position of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The role oversees the performance training program for Division I Olympic sports teams, reporting to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach.
The position emphasizes program design, implementation and performance evaluation. Responsibilities include daily sessions, data tracking, injury prevention collaboration with Sports Medicine, and maintaining facilities.
Reporting to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will directly supervise the performance training program of Division I Olympic sports teams as assigned.

Work Environment: Office environment – employees are protected from weather conditions or contaminants, but not necessarily occasional temperature changes. Outdoor environment – employees work outdoors and may not be protected from weather conditions. Noise – there is sufficient noise to require one to regularly shout in order to be heard above the noise level.
