Experience:5+ years in luxury retail with 23 years in a Store Manager role
Location: Mall of Millenium - Pune
Industry: Luxury Fashion / Jewelry / Cosmetics / Lifestyle Retail
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Reporting To: Area Manager / Retail Manager
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: Rotational off as per store schedule
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Location Type: Retail Store / Customer-Facing Environment
Key Skills Required: Leadership, team management, sales management, customer service excellence, retail operations, coaching, and business development.
Languages Required: English proficiency required; additional languages will be an advantage.
