Cushman & Wakefield India is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate and supervise construction works in alignment with the project schedule and other trade packages. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to review and approve quality of works on site.

Key duties include monitoring progress, executing work per drawings and specifications, and maintaining on-site records such as daily logs, drawing registers, manpower and safety logs.

Qualificações

• Experience in field execution/construction projects.
• Proven track record in site quality management across project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise works in alignment with the project schedule and other trade packages.
• Monitor progress of works as per Master project schedule and drawings/specifications.
• Establish and maintain onsite record-keeping systems (daily logs, drawing register, manpower breaks, safety logs).
• Ensure quality of works and report areas for improvement.
• Assist Project/Construction Managers in reviewing contractor quality/time plans and provide recommendations.
• Anticipate risks and collaborate with Planning Manager to mitigate them.

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the coordination and supervision for the works in coordination with project schedule and with other trade packages.

About the Role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve quality of works and align the same with other work packages.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
• Monitor progress of work with respect to Master project schedule
• Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification
• Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
• Supervise, Monitor Quality for executed / ongoing works and report any areas where improvement is required.
• Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s quality and time plans and produce recommendations.
• Anticipate risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager to mitigate risks

About You

• 11+ years’ experience on Field Execution / Construction
• Experience in delivering the project within Set Quality & Execution parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
• Proven track record in site Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
