Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil/Construction) for on-site Mumbai to lead quality management and ensure compliance with drawings and specs. You will review ITPs, NCRs, train teams, and coordinate with clients and contractors, bringing 8–10 years of construction QA/QC experience and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor credentials.

This role requires strong root-cause analysis, reading blueprints, and delivering audit reports, contributing to multiple projects including hotels and mixed-use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of total experience in construction QA/QC.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NDT Level II, or similar quality credentials.
• Deep familiarity with IS, ASTM, BS, or ACI construction codes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Lead quality audits, site inspections, and material testing procedures.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality compliance.
• Train junior QA/QC engineers and site teams on quality standards.
