Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer in Bengaluru to oversee project execution across multiple sites. The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and coordination with design teams, along with adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, MS Project and ERP/SAP, able to travel, and capable of generating site reports and maintaining document control. Experience across construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in EPC project execution, with at least 3 years in Retail project management & construction.

Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring, controlling & scheduling the project execution with respect to time, quality and safety.
• Reading drawings and coordinating with the design team.
• Implementation of ITPs.
• Knowledge of HSE (Work Permit, Safety Checklist, etc.).
• Knowledge of quality practices for Civil & MEP Services works.
• Constructing and supervising civil and interior finishes.
• Ensuring proper processes are followed by contractors during execution.
• Preparing Work Method Statements and Risk Analyses for construction works.
• Releasing Daily Progress Reports of the site.
