Qualifications

• B.Pharm and M.Pharm in relevant specialization from a PCI-approved institution.
• Ph.D. in Pharmacy preferred for senior positions (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Teach theory and practical subjects in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm curriculum).
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and instructional materials.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions effectively.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and internal assessments.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
• Supervise pharmacy laboratory experiments and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, and stock registers.
• Train students in practical skills and experimental techniques.
• Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
• Assist students in projects, seminars, and academic presentations.
• Participate in admissions and student career counseling.
• Provide remedial support to weak students when required.
• Encourage research activities among students.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals (preferred).
• Support NAAC/PCI inspection, documentation, and accreditation work.
• Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
• Contribute to organizing guest lectures, industrial visits, and training programs.

Role & responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Delivery

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Experience

• Freshers may apply for Lecturer positions.
• Prior teaching or industry experience preferred for Assistant Professor role.
