in Finance or Accounting, possess a strong research record, and have 1–2+ years teaching experience. Preference given to candidates from Tier-I institutions, including IIMs and leading business schools.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Strong research orientation with a good publication record.
• 1–2+ years of teaching experience at a reputed university or business school.
• Candidates from Tier-I institutions (including IIMs) preferred.
• Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Finance and Accounting courses with expertise in Auditing, Budget Analysis, Financial Accounting, International Accounting, and/or Forensic Accounting.
• Design and deliver engaging, student-centric learning experiences.
• Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and internship activities.
• Develop and continuously enhance course content, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with faculty on research, academic initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional academic development.
