Kamsons Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production, and uphold quality standards for water-based acrylic emulsions.

The role requires a chemical engineering background, 3–5 years in production management, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with ISO/GMP is preferred. English and Hindi are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing water-based acrylic emulsions or similar chemical products.
• Familiarity with emulsion polymerization, batch reactors, and safety/environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and ISO/GMP practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical understanding of water-based acrylic emulsions and polymerization processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to manufacturing SOPs, safety protocols, and quality control guidelines.
• Supervise production line operations, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, maintenance, and supply chain teams for uninterrupted production.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of production batches, process parameters, and inventory.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Train and mentor plant operators and junior staff on process discipline and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot process issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
• Maintain records as per ISO and regulatory standards applicable to the chemical manufacturing industry.
