Qualifications

• 4–6 years for Assistant Manager with track record of closing corporate tie-ups.
• Willingness to travel extensively for face-to-face corporate meetings (local and outstation).
• Existing network of HR/TA contacts in BFSI or fintech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Relationship Management: meet banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurers, fintechs to pitch talent pool and negotiate tie-ups.
• Placement Drive Execution: coordinate on-campus/off-campus drives and recruiter visits to campus.
• Pipeline & Platform Management: post job openings, track requisitions to offers, maintain CRM records.
• Student Readiness Coordination: align student skilling with employer expectations; share market feedback.

Job Summary

The Sr. Placement Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for building and managing corporate relationships to drive student placements, internships, and lateral hiring opportunities in the BFSI/fintech sector. This is a field-intensive, relationship-driven role requiring regular face-to-face engagement with corporate HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to convert relationships into hiring pipelines for students.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relationship Management

• Conduct in-person meetings with corporates (banks, NBFCs, mutual funds, insurance companies, fintechs, broking houses) to pitch the institute's talent pool and negotiate hiring tie-ups
• Visit corporate offices for client onboarding, MOU discussions, and placement drive planning
• Build and maintain a strong network of HR and Talent Acquisition contacts through regular face-to-face touchpoints, not just email/phone outreach
• Represent the institute at industry events, HR meets, and corporate roadshows

Placement Drive Execution

• Organize and coordinate on-campus and off-campus placement drives, walk-in interviews, and hiring events
• Schedule and personally accompany/facilitate recruiter visits to campus
• Negotiate role mandates, CTC bands, and hiring timelines directly with corporate stakeholders

Pipeline & Platform Management

• Post verified job/internship openings on the institute's employment exchange platform
• Track corporate hiring requirements end-to-end from requisition to shortlisting to final offer
• Maintain accurate records of corporate visits, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status (CRM/tracker)

Student Readiness Coordination

• Liaise with the training team to align student skilling (technical, Excel, interview readiness) with employer expectations gathered from corporate meetings
• Share real-time market/hiring feedback from corporate visits with the academic and training teams

Reporting

• Report weekly on number of corporate visits/meetings conducted, new tie-ups signed, and placement conversions
• Maintain and grow the target of active corporate placement partnerships

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (BFSI, HR, Management, or related field preferred)
• Sr. Placement Executive: 2–4 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, BD, or BFSI recruitment
• Assistant Manager: 4–6 years of experience in the same, with a track record of independently closing corporate tie-ups
• Willingness to travel extensively for face-to-face corporate meetings (local and outstation)
• Existing network of HR/TA contacts in BFSI or fintech is a strong plus
